Queen Street Niagara Falls - Our Most Recent Project

In 2008 the Marconi Consulting Group was asked to come in and  handle the commercial portfolio for Historic Niagara Development.  Our responsibility was to drive businesses into an area that had remained vacant since 1980. It was this change in dynamics that brought a developer to Queen Street (Historic Niagara), and the need for a commercial business development consulting team ( Marconi Consultants).


Historic Niagara Developments had actually owned over 50 retail properties for a few years, however; it wasn't until they brought in the Marconi Consulting Group that the development finally took off.   Larry Marconi, being an expert in business, franchise, and commercial property development,  and his wife Elisa were residing in California, involved in many business developments there.  Being enticed by the challenge of the project of downtown Niagara Falls, Canadian born Larry Marconi decided to join the project and arrived in the spring of 2008.  The rest is history as he opened over 20 businesses which assisted in the reviving of the original Niagara Falls downtown core.  Due to the Marconi Consulting Group's efforts City officials and governments invested in the new infrastructure and beautification initiatives been implemented today.
